Cookie & Storage Policy
Last updated 17 July 2026
This website sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party scripts. That's why you aren't being asked to accept anything.
Why there's no cookie banner
You've probably noticed most websites greet you with a banner asking you to accept cookies. Under UK law (the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations), that consent is only needed for storage that isn't strictly necessary — chiefly analytics, advertising and tracking.
We don't do any of those things. We don't measure your visit, we don't advertise, and we don't share you with anyone. There is nothing here to consent to, so asking you to click "Accept" would be theatre.
What we do store
Exactly one thing, and only if you're a client who signs in to the portal:
| What | Where | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in token | Your browser's local storage (not a cookie) | Keeps you signed in as you move between portal pages, so you don't re-enter your password on every click | Until you sign out, or it expires |
This is set by our authentication provider when you sign in successfully. It is strictly necessary — the portal cannot work without it, because there'd be no way to know it was still you on the next page.
If you never sign in to the portal, nothing at all is stored on your device by this website.
How to remove it
Click Sign out in the portal and the token is deleted immediately. You can also clear site data for this domain in your browser settings at any time — you'll simply be asked to sign in again next time.
Because we don't use tracking cookies, browser features like "Do Not Track", cookie blockers and private browsing make no difference to what we hold about you. There's nothing for them to block.
Third-party content
Many sites quietly share you with other companies just by loading a page — web fonts, script libraries and analytics all report back to their providers, usually including your IP address, before you've agreed to anything.
We deliberately don't. Our fonts and code libraries are served from our own domain rather than an external network, so reading this site tells nobody but us that you were here.
Two exceptions worth being straight about:
- Our social media links (Instagram, TikTok) and WhatsApp link are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from those companies unless you click through — at which point their own privacy policies apply.
- When you use the portal, your browser talks to our database provider to load your orders. That's the service working as intended, and it's covered in our Privacy Policy.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or anything that isn't strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first, and this page will be updated to say exactly what it is and what it does. We won't quietly start tracking you.
